Cell Groups
Our small groups in Crawley Community Church are known as 'Cell Groups'. We call them cells because, in the human body, cells are the basic unit of the human body. Without cells the human body would not exist, so in the Church, called the 'Body of Christ' in the Bible, the cell or small group is the basic unit of the Church. Also as with our human body the health of the individual cell is vital to the health of the whole body!

Each Cell Group has a Leader, either a single male or female, or a married couple. The Cell Leader provides basic pastoral care, leadership and ensures that the group functions together.
The aim of each Cell is twofold. Firstly to edify or build each other up in a community helping, befriending and encouraging each other.
|
Secondly to reach out, as a group, and tell other people about Jesus.
Cell Group is not just a meeting, but a lifestyle of relationship. We encourage Cell life to be ongoing throughout the week.
The Cells have a structured midweek meeting for praise and worship, life application from the previous Sunday’s preach, and how we can be outward looking. It is held in different member's homes each week.
Day Time Cell Group
If you're free on a Wednesday afternoon why not come along to our Day Time Cell which runs from the Charis Centre between 2.00pm and 4.00pm.
Coming to the Day Time Cell does not restrict you from attending another evening Cell Group.
Evening Cell Groups
Our evening Cell Groups have a midweek get together on either a Wednesday or Thursday evening at 8.00pm.
